How We Can Work Together
Nutrition care isn't one-size-fits-all.
Whether you're seeking support for an eating disorder, navigating neurodivergence, managing a chronic health condition, living with disability, or simply wanting a different approach to nutrition care, support is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances.
My practice offers compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care that recognises the many factors influencing food, health, and wellbeing.
-
Whether you're newly diagnosed, supporting a loved one, or have been living with an eating disorder for many years, nutrition support is tailored to your stage of recovery and individual needs.
Care is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in current evidence, with a focus on supporting recovery at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
-
Eating isn't always straightforward when sensory differences, executive functioning, interoception, burnout, or demand avoidance are part of the picture.
Together we'll develop practical strategies that work with your brain, your body, and your daily life - without trying to force you into someone else's idea of "normal."
-
Food and mental health are deeply connected.
Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, or another mental health condition, nutrition support can be integrated into your broader care in ways that feel compassionate, practical, and achievable.
